The founding conference of the Overseas Chinese Association for Cultural Education in the UAE was held on March 5th in Dubai. The establishment of the Association of Cultural Education for Overseas Chinese in the UAE is a platform for solidarity, cooperation and development of all organs of Chinese cultural education in the UAE at the level of the Organization. It is believed that under the leadership of the embassy and consulate, and with the support of all sectors of society, the cultural education organs will consolidate and promote exchanges to persevere in the more contributions to the cultural education work of overseas Chinese in the UAE.

Overseas cultural education is an important project for overseas Chinese to spread and promote Chinese culture, an important support for the continued exchanges between overseas Chinese generations, the preservation of national sentiment and the patriotism. It is of great importance to do this work well. The Consulate-General attaches great importance to the cultural education of overseas Chinese in the region for a long time and is working hard to build a “bridge” between overseas Chinese administrations in the UAE and relevant administrations in China, providing services and coordination work for cultural education in our consular area in Dubai. Meanwhile, the consulate is promoting the local government to know the important meaning of enriching multiculturalism through various channels in order to create a more favorable environment for the development of Chinese cultural education.
